2023 Law Day Art Contest Winners!

Law Day provides an opportunity to understand how law and the legal process protect our liberty, strive to achieve justice, and contribute to the freedoms that all Americans share. @GACourts invited students from across Georgia to submit artwork about the 2023 Law Day theme “Cornerstones of Democracy: Civics, Civility, and Collaboration.”

The members of Judicial Council of Georgia members voted at the April 2023 General Session to determine the winners. We are proud to announce the following winners from each of the three different age groups:

Group 1, 8th Grade

1st Place

2nd Place

by Stevie McCowan, 8th Grade, Sandy Springs Charter Middle School in Fulton.

3rd Place
